Sexting tip for Guys

benitezaintshit:

clarknokent:

Be sure to choose your words wisely. For example: “I want to fuck you all night and make you cum non-stop.”

See how I said “I WANT to” instead of “I’m GOING to!” This way she can’t be mad at you because you came quick after talkin big, because you were just telling her the goal not guaranteeing it.

You should be a lawyer

From my broad shoulders, all the way down to the tip of my size 11 feet. Every detail about my body implies something. From my square chin to my lengthy legs. Every inch of my body implies something. From my flat chest to the occasional stubble upon the edge of my cheek. Every part of my body implies something.
Or at least… it was supposed to.
But time and time again, I have proven otherwise.
One can not choose the body in which they are born. But one can choose to take care of and style their body in a way that expresses who they are. The unfortunate part is that the mass majority is to busy chasing after beauty standards. Beauty standards that are constructed upon a gendered norm, of course.
Some tell me that I need to stop whining about it. They say that I’m just the odd ball and that the industry can’t recognize all the weird ones. They say I’m just the 1 out of 1,000,000. They say that clothes need to be gendered so that the people of society can understand the difference between the two genders. And to those of you who agree, I say that you’re missing the point.
Having two binary genders, complete with a separate social standard for each of the two binary genders, has lead our society to believe that there is a difference between the two, and there is not.
The broadness of your shoulder or the size of your feet does not determine your gender. Your gender identity does not determine your place or role in society. The shape of your chin or the length of your legs does not determine your gender. Your gender identity does not determine your place or role in society. The size of the breast on your chest or the amount of hair on your face does not determine your gender. Your gender identity does not determine your place or role in society. Am I being clear?
Be who you are. Be yourself. Be you.
I don’t know how else to put it. Xoxo

Okay, so there’s a wide variety of genitals out there. Here is a very simplistic chart of a spectrum genitals can fall on.
Basically the clitoris and the penis are the exact same thing, very similar anatomy. Doctors will define it as a clitoris or penis depending on 1. if it has a urethra going through it and 2. it’s size. The diagram is the one they use to decide if they want to call the baby a girl or boy or intersex. Many babies are put through genital surgeries (sometimes without the parent’s knowledge or permission) to make them look more like a penis or more like a vulva which can cause many health problems as it is a surgery, or other problems related to being assigned a gender. Any kind of surgery that isn’t necessary for health should not be performed on babies because they cannot consent.

i wish there were people talking about this before i was born, but the damage is done already

Gloria Steinem and Dorothy Pitman-Hughes, 1972 and 2014

Both by Dan Bagan

Wanna see my cry like a baby? Ask me who these women were.

Hughes’ father was beaten nearly to death by the KKK when she was a kid, and what does she do? Become an activist to try and stop that from happening to other people. She raised money to bail civil rights protesters out of jail. She helped women get out of abusive situations by providing shelter for them until they got on their feet. She founded an agency that helped women get to work without having to leave their children alone, because childcare in the 1970s? Not really a thing. In fact, a famous feminist line in the 70s was “every housewife is one man away from welfare.”

Then she teamed up with Steinman to found the Women’s Action Alliance, which created the first battered women’s shelters in history. They attacked women’s rights issues through boots on the ground activism, problem solving, and communication. They stomped over barriers of race and class to meet women where they were: mostly mothers who wanted better for themselves and their children.

These are women are who I always wanted to be.

Let’s not forget that these ladies are STILL out there grinding on the front lines for feminism.
